Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

Please note that our UK warehouse remains open with strict measures in place in accordance with the Government’s guidance.

We are still taking UK orders and our couriers are still delivering (Royal Mail) - All orders placed before 4pm Monday - Friday are dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

We are following preventative guidance from Public Health England to help prevent the spread of any infection.

We are actively monitoring the situation. We take the health and safety of our staff and customers very seriously.

Receiving items:

All orders are being dispatched on time. To protect both our people and customers as much as possible, Royal Mail may not hand over their hand-held devices to capture signatures and instead may just log the name of the person accepting the item. We advise our customers to comply with social distancing and hygiene guidelines when accepting parcels.

International Delivery:

We are currently not shipping internationally until further notice.
