OUR EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY:

For orders placed between the 6th November - 25th December you can return any item(s) for a refund or an exchange as long as the item(s) arrives back to us on or before Wednesday 8th January 2020. Any orders placed after the 25th December are subject to our standard 28 day returns policy which can be found at the bottom of this page.

Customers are responsible for paying to return any goods. If you are returning an item(s) back for a refund you will receive a refund for the total amount excluding any discounts and/or delivery charges. If you are returning an order back which qualified for free standard delivery then you will be charged £2.99 which is the usual cost of this delivery service - this would be deducted from your refund. 

If you are returning an item(s) back for an exchange, your item(s) will be checked by our returns team and then we will dispatch your new item(s) usually on the same day (all returns are usually checked within 3-5 working days of them arriving back).

Please ensure all goods returned are in their original packing, unworn, and tags attached. If goods are found to be damaged or worn this may result in a charge for the goods (Any goods returned without the original packaging and tags unattached will be returned back to you).

International customers: We can only accept your order back for a refund, if you wish to receive an exchange then please return the item(s) back to us for a refund and re-order the new item(s) you need.

Please make sure you contact us by EMAIL before returning an item(s).
 

Our Standard Returns Policy:

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since you received your goods, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We want to ensure you are always happy when shopping with us. You have 14 days from the goods received date to contact us if you wish to return an item(s) for a refund or exchange and then a further 14 days to get the goods back to us (total 28 days). We can also accept returns for a credit note.

Cancellations:
If you place an order and then wish to cancel it, you must contact us by email at sales@harringtonjacketstore.co.uk or by phone on 01274 809574 before your order has been dispatched.
